It will also include hormone scripts for 3 months, lab review and adjustments done via phone or internet or office visit. Includes "AGE-MANAGEMENT" recommendations and "EVIDENCE BASED" recommendations on supplements. |

Includes follow up exam and discussion on Menopause/Andropause. Any hormone adjustments and decision on follow-up. Most cases will be one year if hormones are the only item being managed. |
